Team Napoleon is an award winning innovative team building game which represents over twenty years of manufacture, research and corporate game development.

"Team Napoleon is one of the most immersive experiences I have ever had. It is so much more than an entertaining, educational team-based game; it helps to develop strategic thinking, mathematics, resource and time-management skills.

In my role as a retail manager, these are skills that I'm looking to improve upon every day and Team Napoleon helps me to do this. At the same time I'm also looking to relax and play a great strategy game so do yourself a favour and come and play Team Napoleon! "

About Us

The Corporate world is a battle field! Is your team equipped for the challenge?

TeamPlaying uses a unique training tool called “Team Napoleon©”.  Team Napoleon© is the brainchild of Andrew Rowland, who has significant experience in coordination and management within the retail, corporate, large NGO's and local government in Australia.

Team Napoleon© was developed and manufactured on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.  It was designed both as an entertainment and corporate training product.

Team Napoleon is a Teamplaying game. As the business name suggests, it provides a totally unique, non-discriminatory alternative to experienced based learning. There are no ropes to climb and no physical exertion required.

Although it looks complex by the sheer spectacular eye feast of over one thousand gaming pieces, it is relatively simple to learn and play.

Team Napoleon represents over twenty years of manufacture, research and corporate game development.

Team Napoleon as a training tool, is designed to incorporate all facets of corporate life in a platform that is enjoyable yet challenging.  Its magnificent presentation adds to the enjoyment and retention of the learning.
